I am a Systems Administrator with over 25 years of hands-on experience supporting critical infrastructure, users, and enterprise services. For 23 years, I worked with the City of Berkeley, California as part of a small team responsible for network switches and routers, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Office 365, and core operations. I led the Office 365 implementation project, including migration of 2,000+ mailboxes to Exchange Online, personal file share migration to OneDrive with SharePoint Migration tools, Microsoft Teams rollout, and Intune deployment for 700+ iOS devices.
